Mr. Middleton mendapat halangan untuk mencuri semula hati Cikgu Ayu yang digilai oleh seorang jutawan kampung (Zizan Razak) dan seorang rakan rapatnya lakonan Izzue Islam. The new season sees popular local actor Aaron Aziz joining the cast as the new Physical Education teacher, Cikgu Malik. Another addition is leading actress Tiz Zaqyah who will play the school’s new BM teacher, Cikgu Ayu. Two bright young talents join as new students – Syafie Naswip as the rebellious Azlan, and rising star Iezahdiyana as the bubbly new girl Hani.Fans can also look forward to numerous cameo appearances from popular stars including Lisa Surihani, Rozita Che Wan, Datuk Aznil Haji Nawawi, Nur Fazura, Hitz.fm DJs – Jin and Ryan, Rykarl, Joe Chang, Gabriella Robinson and Yus Jambu (Raja Lawak).
